Terms & Conditions – Spin Wheel (Applicable for Vihav Deal Utsav 2025)

The Spin Wheel is open for all visitors at Vihav Deal Utsav 2025 as part of an engagement activity.
Visitors may spin the wheel multiple times for fun and experience.
However, spinning the wheel alone does not entitle the participant to receive a gift.

Gifts displayed/won on the Spin Wheel are linked to property bookings made with Vihav Group during the event.
A client becomes entitled to a Spin Wheel gift once:
1. The booking form/agreement is duly signed, and
2. The booking/confirmation amount is paid in full as per Vihav Group’s policy.
The allotment/handing over of the gift will take place only after the registration of the property (Sale Deed) is completed in the client’s name.
Without registration, no gift will be handed over, even if the client has entitlement by booking.

Results shown on the Spin Wheel are indicative and represent the gift a participant would be entitled to upon fulfilling the above conditions.
Each confirmed booking entitles the client to only one (1) redeemable gift, irrespective of the number of times they spun the wheel.

Offer valid exclusively during the dates of Vihav Deal Utsav 2025.
Bookings made outside the event period are not eligible.
If a confirmed booking is cancelled, withdrawn, or if the Sale Deed/registration is not executed, the Spin Wheel gift entitlement automatically stands cancelled.

Participation in the Spin Wheel implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Vihav Group reserves the right to amend, substitute, or withdraw the Spin Wheel activity or gifts at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Vihav Group’s decision regarding participation, eligibility, and redemption will be final and binding.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to Vadodara jurisdiction only.
